a takeover is 100% the play and i feel they have fumbled the bag and are now backed into a corner
they'll be at close to 3bil soi if another CR is done.
the only people who will make money are management that were issued performance shares with no benchmark they had to achieve. these were issued almost annually? wtaf?
they are not mine builders and should stop pretending to be mine...
