Greed mate. All small cap management teams think they are worth more than they are. They fail to see how much capital will be required to keep afloat or progress any project. They miss opportunites in the market so often. All are hoping and begging for a full bull market in the sector that may take years to rear its head (who knows). If it doesn't eventuate soon then many companies will go under or keep raising less and less and dilute into oblivion just to stay above ground
