Still not entirely certain how APC got NAIF, given the loc, and SO4 not seeming to get it.
With half the shares of APC and 1/3 of SO4, AMN is well positioned to keep the total shares on offer below SO4. Likewise if RWD get to production stage (low volume worries me, as does one person holding 33%, and one decent cyclone getting involved).
