    Any thoughts on who this potential Japanese multinational refinery partner might be? Previously mentioned COB partners are Sojitz, LG & Mitsubishi.
    Feels like Sojitz would fit the below description best but that obviously a wild guess at this stage. Time will tell. GLTAH
