At 1.1c the market values DGI at $8.5m (in very basic calcns) if the deal goes through & options hurdles met. I'm sure the 0.5c placement is holding the price down at todays close. $20m cap down the track is not that outlandish on face value IMO. 2-2.5c is a possible value consideration in the short term based on the potential income, the capital to be raised & risks. The risk is still high as we can't see the product and that may be better understood once a prospectus is issued. But the risk reward may be there. Interesting to see tomorrows action. If any.....
