DGL is a profitable business for many years and the main income is generated from it's chemical manufacturing sector (around 40% of total revenue I remember). The beauty of DGL is that they offer complete service in chemical sector and there's no competitor.

SLH did not make a profit in FY20. In FY21 they did report a profit. Mr Market is watching it carefully IMO. If SLH can continue revenue growth, then I'd say the current SP is significantly undervalued.

One more thing to mention - DGL's IPO raised $100m. Every single cent of it is being used for M&A's for growth. You don't see that very often. However, SLH raised capital and part of the funds were given to their exisiting shareholder for sell-out.

hi dsaz,
SLH prospectus mentioned that none of the shareholders sold any of their holdings, not dissimilar to DGL. Both businesses are logistics businesses running at healthy margins and IMO logistics industry will be major winner of COVID times. Let’s see how next 6 months turns out, my view is both are great buy and low risk. I just see more upside in SLH at this stage
