Decent result. There's plenty of hard assets on the Balance Sheet and I quite like the commentary this time around, particularly on acquisition strategy.
Seems the roll-up might be slowing and the focus turn to synergies in which case that cashflow can strengthen the Balance Sheet.
Not sure what Simon's end game is but at these levels I expect it will be a target at some point provided they keep their gearing under control. Topped up modestly this afternoon.
