IMO, This is a rough and basic explanation of DGL from a social observation perspective.

i am using a social observation perspective because
1. Im not savvy on the ins and outs of this company like others and I don't have a huge skin in the game or will to understand it more.
2. I believe it was the DEI backlash that removed huge amounts of sophisticated investors causing the landslide in 2022. That being said, they will come back, they always do.
