Looking at the parcels that are being put on the market at this level, a lot of them are even and rounded numbers. 20k, 25k, 40k. These arent mum and dad investors selling, they are large holders trading. This level is ridiculous, totally undervalued, its being kept and held here. It will coil and leg up. Ill keep topping up while they keep trickling the low ball to keep the SP low
