look at their balance sheet, they got no money for such thing, the buy back is just smoke and mirror
they don't have an NTA, most of the asset are worthless like intangibles and equipment, equipment gets cents in a dollar if they are liquidate
maybe a bit of properties but that are secured against bank loans so banks get the first dip
