Nah mate this is actually their third attempt at a takeover (IGO - Tropicana gold mine stake & Apollo Consolidated), they had made it clear some time ago that this has been part of their business structure plan to seek out viable takeover opportunities and compliment their gruyere project and yarmana exploration tenements.. Sounds like a strategic move, DGO holders must be licking their lips at this one
