160M options granted in respect to Tranche 1.
The total listed in Tranche 1, 2 and 3 totals 180M options.

Also why confuse us using Tranche 1, 2 and 3 related to the options when the loan has Tranche 1 and Tranche 2.



The "schedule below" does not give any details about the tranche 1, 2 and 3 options.

DGR- please update us as to whether it is 180M options or update your tranche 1, 2 and 3 figures.

Please remove the reference to Tranche 1, 2 and 3 options or please update the announcement explaining how each tranche differs.

Yes- I am really annoyed that we are issuing a heap of options related to this Armour debacle.
Now if Solgold comes good these options dilute our potential return.

It is understandable that not too much information can be shared at the moment re the bidding for these assets but it is not looking good at this stage with the liquidators recommending ADZ's bid over DGR's.
If we do not end up with these assets what will the end cost be to DGR??????????????????
