Ann: DGR Global Declares Special Dividend and Announces DRP, page-4

Well, no surprises there in the amount of the payout.. except for the DRP which I am considering taking up, unless I decide to hold and buy in at ex divvie prices, as with this share, it is easy to buy with a discount greater than 5% !! In any case, my divvies will be reinvested.
Disagree with the money retained in the Black hole comment though.. ok, don't disagree with the Black Hole.. this is well proven. but clearly DGR plan on buying into a revenue stream, that's where there continued dividend is intended to come from, and regardless of what DGR says, It i a substantial modification to the business model, as they are failing to create tangible wealth for shareholders by generating companies that only earn enough to sustain the generation of the next company....
Lets not forget we also have ANW coming on stream hopefully within the next two years and this will make some small contribution to the company coffers..
