Fair points. I would be with you if not for the backing at 20cent, and the way Nicks come up with deals this year. None of the deals done (and Im discounting his policy of getting his fellow colleagues rich), but none of the deals seem anything other than favourable for DGR shareholders. Everytime I have thought about selling (or sold) he has come up with a play.
1. Solg raise from Newcrest.
2. IRR raise from institutions
3. And sophs in at 20 cents
Will we now see Newcrest in for some gold action at IRR?? IRR up 9% last night. SOLG down 7%. Cant really understand the price action at either to be honest. But I digress
So Mather is pretty damn impressive with his deal making. Guy seems to be able to will the industry to his desires-reminds me of Andrew Forrest and his ability to raise money.
Anyway maybe DGR is trying to let results do the talking..
