Fantastic post. Agree with Plext, when he asks: 'Why was this JW presentation NOT put on DGR's website?' Surely this presentation has some major ramifications for the DGR company and its shareholders. Actually it answered or better explained a lot of my doubts and misconceptions that had not been previously addressed. Recommend it be read by all. Thank you Senderos for sharing....its a pity DGR didn't and still doesn't! Perhaps they were too busy or preoccupied or maybe, maybe.... it doesn't suit their timings for the ordinary shareholders to have such information!!!!

So, if the major decision makers are too preoccupied with all the other companies they are being paid to be directors or have other important roles in, for them to actually work for the DGR company and its shareholders, then should they continue to be in the roles of DGR or alternatively the other companies.

We are literally talking hundreds of thousands of dollars extra and in the case of NM who accumulates well over $1, 150,000, plus entitlement of 5 million 6.5c options, plus all the other perks of office, per year.....enough to buy more interest at the cheapest of prices whenever the time and circumstance allows. He/they are just so blessed to be part of this management team!

Is this common practice that a senior director of a parent company then gets paid many hundreds of thousands of dollars more from being appointed onto the numerous other Boards that the parent company have interests in? Who and what defines what a conflict of interest is? We have now primary evidence that clearly shows how the price of shares in one company can be manipulated down...don't release relevant information (DGR website) and be able to grant yourselves very very cheap access to more shares.
