The thing is, what I can't understand (based on the business fundamentals published in last announcement)
is why it would be pushing back up on a genuine basis as opposed to traders trying to get another P&D out of it. If Don was super pumped about the DHEM why hasn't the trigger already been pulled with media press about it?
IMO this is smoke and mirrors action and i'll sit tight until I hear an update with real context.
