I understand the concerns regarding the journal suitability. Credence and credibility is certainly given to more respected journals. That said, who critiques the critics of the journals? Sounds like a self licking ice cream. I have written numerous papers at a post grad level (not scientific) and simply relying on credible journals supresses free thinking and innovation outside the expected norm.
Regardless, what I got from the paper, apart from a sore brain, is that PILL likely have one test that can effectively do the same as what requires two tests today (plasma and urine). If the results are consistent with outcomes from extant tests, which the paper seems to be suggesting, it would appear to me that doing one test would be holistically better than two for numerous reasons not the least economically.
Feel free to point out any errors in my simple assessment.
