I understand diamond drill holes are more expensive you are missing my point, if they systematically drilled out the deposit they could have not drilled the 3 RC holes they did and instead drilled a diamond hole to test that zone.

They also drilled 140+ plus holes at Douze 95% of which completely blanked, so lets just say they have had the money to drill it out properly like they should have, they just for whatever reason haven't.

It's pretty clear that zone has gold in it and it should have been drilled not sure why you are laboring so hard to defend management here, it's pure sloppiness.
