    Quick question - Au Xingao had 10.28% total shares outstanding in 2023 annual report. Based on the latest Investor Presentation released 18 June, they own 19.8%. Unless I missed it, I haven't seen any announcement regarding change in substantial holding announcement released in between these dates?

    My understanding has always been that >5% substantial holders are required lodge substantial holding announcement?

    FYI these guys tried to takeover Bullseye against Emerald Resources in the past and failed.
