Thanks WTR, I try to take an objective approach where possible.
There's a fair bit of negativity that goes on here, so we need to balance it out, and rightly so, the SP has suffered.
I've spent some time trying to figure out how these guys operate and why we are where we are. From what I can tell, Eric and his team are geologists, yep geologists. What they aren't are spruikers, salespeople, pumpers, or unethical. They are none of these things, and that's why results right now are so important, they will do the talking.
They know what they are looking for, and they know what they see and most importantly they know how to extract it.
This leadership style sucks short term but is far more sustainable long term.
