    It it looks like Duffin rolled his own board for his own board mark2. Why? Who knows but it has cost shareholder dearly since Duffin seized control of this ASX listed public company. So much for governance!

    IMHO the buck stops with Duffin. Every investor (who has held) has lost. Not good when our peers are flying!
