your logic ia quite absurd honestly. If a stock has not gone up in the past, does it necessarily mean it wont go up in the future too? What about the developments on the fundamental front? This or that triangle gives you a historical perspective which means nothing regarding the long term SP projection.
Having said that, this may easily go down to 1c before going up. The key is to hold till anything changes fundamentally.
