    yes that's right.
    but you have to know in advance that 1.3c is the low/bottom
    what if after you bought at 1.3c it went down to 1c or less than 1c?
    confirmation is required before make any trading on this one
    and it won't fly away from here so people still have chance to buy below 2c, imo.
