Indeed the resource is what he/she says is worth, actually that's in US, in AUD In ground is higher, A$6B which takes no account for the REE's in Clay + Scandium which will put rocket up the payback time when added to the basket.
From what I have read the company has spent well over $5m in drilling and still have the cores to re-assay for the REE side.
If the $6B Aussie wasn't enough, they could add materially more with the Rare Earth Elements simply by re-assay.
Potential exists also for a deposit here not far off Quick, its not going to be suprise if they strike a high grade zone.
Remember one Nickel Zone is 4Mt @ near 1%.
My opinion remain that they will get major interest in this project now they are 5 years down the line and market has totally changed in Nickel and Cobalt and Rare's.
No offtaker wants China anymore and focus is now on stable region like WA. Even those with existing offtakes need to move away from Ch.
Many companies could JV here with G88 for a good more than $10m for this one project.
It's a sitting duck.
Put in the few Gold projects and Lithium Projects and the directors spending big, its not hard to see this trading over $30m.
