good points but I prefer to be conservative rather than overly optimistic. HC is full of people claiming their company made world class discovery based on assays of one hole.
So here are some of my assumptions and possible risks, pros and cons:

If the reef shows higher grades at depth and is consistent over 10km at these depths than 10x is very possible or even 20x. But I can't assume that would be the case over 2 holes that only offer (at this stage) only visuals.

Also to consider is - just because there are good grades in the top 200m there is no guarantee these grades will continue at depth. There is common belief on HC that the deeper one goes the better the grades. No one really knows how PGMs, Gold and other minerals were actually deposited across this reef. There could have been processes that could have dumped high grades at the top of the reef but deeper parts of the reef could be very low grades and performed the role of transport channels. Hence why I prefer to see assays rather than relying on visuals.
Also, lot more drilling will be needed to prove strike and grade distribution over the 10km.

Another point to consider is the deeper the mineralisation goes the more expensive it will be to mine so even higher grades will be needed to keep costs down and the operation profitable.

So yes, if future drilling proves massive strike and depth with consistent grades then 3x is just child's play. But if we end up with only couple of zones that can be mined at these depths then I doubt more than 3x will be achieved. Again, it will depend how large these zones will be in terms of strike, widths, depth and grades.

In short, right now, we are talking very high level so if anyone says 20x is possible then that could turn out to be true in few years of drilling time.
However 3x is lot more possible right now with the intel we have. And even the 3x is only speculative and dependable on one or both of the holes to show decent grade.
But the potential is lot bigger than 3x - no doubt. I just don't want to sound too optimistic.
