The reality is PDI has a market cap of only $70 million. Most gold stocks with a few hits that are narrow, and deep and likely will result in the gold being left in the ground, are getting market caps in the $20-40 million dollar range. PDI will have an economic resource, 1gm/ T from surface in saprolite is easy money and will help fund further CAPEX for deeper ore with more difficult metallurgy.

All the comments that they have drilled down dip and we are not getting an accurate width and talk of narrow 20-30m widths, does not make sense. With 78m from surface (and multiple hits from surface) with 270 degree orientation to the azimuth. Simply using Pythagoras's Theorem gives a minimum width from surface of the 78m hit of 55m, in a worst case scenario. Commentators may have a point if we are talking about an explorer with a market cap of $150-300 million. But PDI only has a market cap of $70 million.

I would be very surprised even if gold remains in the $1500-2000 dollar US range, if PDI does not trade at 20c or over within the next 24 months. But, at present those investing in gold explorers are not interested in a 100-200% return over the next few years. These traders want 50-100% gains over 1-2 days. As Warren Buffet said the stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient. I'm happy to hold and let this play out. The deeper hits have taken a bust scenario off the table. Now is the time to be patient and accumulate on any dips in the price of gold. But, 90% of traders/ investors are unable to do this, and will flit from stock to stock hoping for 10-100 baggers.

If you drill parallel to the dip you can theoretically drill an intersection to 10,000m in a planar structure 1 metre wide. Use an angle of zero in your Pythagoras Theorem model or whatever it is that your doing, and read up on how to use apostrophes.
