If you look at the announcement you will see 1) in the cross-section the drawn dip of the holes (this is a true reflection of the angle of the hole), and 2) in the table at the rear giving the details of each hole - in this case showing the dip of the holes are -50deg from horizontal,

There is no particular standard in the industry as the angle is driven by the geology - the geometry/dip of the mineralisation.

You will see holes range through the industry ranging from say -45deg through to vertical (-90deg).

(However in underground drilling they can go at any angle through full 360deg, i.e. both up and down)
