Two parties, each one taking both sides of risk. One derisking before results, one getting in on anticipation of good results. Or perhaps same party transferring between two controlled entities. Who knows. Either way, ENR has some great projects for the mkt cap. Macro pictures looking horrible though. Take a look at HAS blowout on capex costs today for plant and now staging. All good and well finding something, but in this macro scene, one could argue that's the easier part.
