A very high mass recovery of 64.2% was achieved at this stage of the process. The concentrate graded 1.18% , 50% Fe, 10.7% TiO2 and yielded a combined Silica and Alumina of 11.3%.18kg of the rougher concentrate was subsequently ground to P80 45 micron and processed using a 3 stage Bulk Cleaner LIMS process to achieve target concentrate quality suitable for roasting. 14.9kg of magnetic concentrate was produced through this process, representing a final mass recovery of 53.2% from the original sample.
