I'll let people do their own conservative calculations based upon likely higher operating costs than the $70 usd per tonne mined and milled and $35 per tonne refinement and freight OPEX (roughly $7.3 USD per ounce AgEq) in the ADT DFS due to labour market differences, inflation, character, location and orientation of the deposit and metallurgy. Preliminary metallurgical recoveries for LDR appear to be very good. An extra 50% opex costs/25% reduced $$$ margins is a completely rough figure I have used for my personal calculation.

Upside valuation scenarios include the deposit widening signficantly beyond 50m diameter toward and past 400m depth, extending deposit below 400/450m depth and the grade remaining signficantly above ADTs average AgEq of 485gpt such as indicated in the last 1000+ AgEq gram lengthy intercept finishing in extreme high grade intervals at terminal depth.

As said, the drill results will be the final determiner. If we continue to hit grades approaching or ridiculous as it may seem ABOVE the previous intersection at depths down to 450m and below whilst maintaining the 50m average diameter over the full length it'll likely be a signficant multibag rerate in short order after this or the following round of drill results given my considerably rough estimates and scenarios.

I'm unable to accurately calculate the true width (i wish this info was included in results), average diameter and angle/degree of widening of the lode along with an exact AgEq for the lode as it currently stands so take all calculations and estimates with a fair degree of scepticism and the comparisons to ADT are a slightly long bow to draw despite containing the same major metals (excluding gold).

Welcome any constructive criticisms and valid points, somebody with geological experience and knowledge above mine may be able to give more insight into opex impacts of mining an "en echelon"/vertical cylinder of relatively small diameter shaped deposit and associated mining dilution.

I find running these comparisons and scenarios handy as I'll know a rough ball park of what grade figures and intercept lengths + depths will constitute either at or exceeding expectations and my very rough valuations so I can be more comfortable buying an increased position upon assay results. Once again this discounts any further feed from other lodes or a feeder source.

Anyway, all food for thought and better than many of the banal posts that add little substance on these forums.

Here's to hoping for continuation of mineralisation at depth and at grades in excess of 1000 gpt.
