There's also that AGC-type cornerstone investment, at a 45% premium by Delin option, that likely David Richardson (MAG & AGC Chairman) put together (Glen is a geo and can't in any way see him organising a CR, to a cornerstone, at a 45% premium).
In saying all that, I would definitely be against an AGC-type cornerstone investment at a 45% premium, from this SP - a premium from an SP a lot higher than here, I would not mind at all though.
