If the first intercept of S1 produces a hit of massive sulphides that would be excellent but as you rightly say it isn't a high probability. Putting money on the table hoping exclusively for that outcome is gambling.
The 2D seismic is not the only information SGQ has about this.

As you can see SGQ does have information regarding conductance of the target. SGQ also has an understanding of the faulting in the target zone. The 2D seismic returned a signal congruent with the surface deposits, it returned some information about the dimension of the target which also is in agreement with the MT/AMT 3D inversion model.
The probability is this is the proximal source for the surface deposits and the probability is SGQ will successfully intercept the target. From this drill result we will gain a direct understanding of the geology and it will inform further explorative drilling.
Will it also intercept some high grade? Maybe.
