G'day BUX holders. Been a great couple days. Obviously yesterday and today held strong. Certainly taken the next leg up. I've been going over the copper project rather than the graphite and have a question if anyone here can help me (and other holders) understand.
I know IGO have this 2 year period to do their DD on Copper Wolf. I understand if they decide to go ahead with the JV it will result in 51% stake for them and the remaining 49% for us. What I'm curious about is the stage two part in which of they spend 5 mill (Aud) they can go up to 70% ownership of the project.
How likely is that? Do they have to spend 5 million on advancing the project in order to get there? I'd rather keep half of the ownership of this behemoth to go along with our big daddy Graphite Bull back home.
