If management hold a decent amount of shares (which they do) why would they just be ticking along and paying themselves as a lifestyle company? They would make a lot more money when they find something in the ground than paying themselves. I think they are just being money wise and making sure they aren’t burning through it and aren’t rushing things. All good to stab holes everywhere without making sure it’s the right spots, yeah it could drive the price up with announcements but no point for the long holders when capital raises are more often.

if you are here for a quick buck then good luck to you, but these things take time and I’d rather put my cash somewhere that doesn’t blow through it just because they can.
