Yes, it's all very very odd, this U/W thing.
I'm stuck for coming up with a reasonable explanation.
11th hour underwriting - strange even by itself.
Odd that it had a maximum and a minimum number. Why a maximum that was well below the potential?
Stranger still that the agreement was struck during important RC drilling.
The CEO announces that the actual number of shares should be known on or about 3/10, a Tuesday. Hmmm, funny date I thought. Monday was not a holiday in WA, and the ASX was going to be open too.
28/9 saw an exploration ann re the RC and the DD, but a bare-boned imo.
Silence since!

I'm ambivalent about whether or not the u/w gets consummated. I mainly want some open and complete reporting,
