Imo the BoD are unable to provide the information before the u/w is completed.
Imo the AUR directors would get a speeding ticket if they provided the information to the u/w. So we as shareholders would pay.
So I think the whole thing is stalled until u/w completed. As I said previously Mexican standoff.
I hope the BoD do not blink first. (Music as Clint Eastwood rides into town or maybe the music to the Good, the Bad and The Ugly). Which one is the Ugly and who is the Bad? Nominations please.
