Shady. Even with the underwriting agreement incomplete if the DD news was good the shares on market would be bought up. I other words someone or some people would know. IMO the news to come out of DD and RC is ordinary. Hope I’m wrong but I’ve never seen good news on any stock when the similar activity has occurred. AUR when it was rni has some history when this has occurred and the result has been very ordinary. In fact poor.
I have a feeling investors have stalled. Somers clearly not been able to come up with the goods as yet.
