I think that what I said about the u/w ag't being finalised one way or the other before fruitful news being released fits in with what copper bull was told. I will be very surprised if the news flow does not come in that order.
If the underwriting is proceeding, then the people getting the shares should not know the RC assay results or the DD observations before paying up.
