So another exciting drilling program from St Goerge, looking at high Siemens conductors first up then a large EM conductor second up..
Hang on, how come they gave the Siemens reading of the first hole, but not the size, then gave the size of the second hole but not the Siemens reading?? Of course being SGQ I had to go back through several announcements to find out why...
Hole 1 81,000 Siemens reading is, and I quote....
"
An EM plate with conductivity of 81,000 Siemens and dimensions of 13m x 10m has been modelled for this conductor."
It was identified from hole MAD202 that only found ultramafic rocks, no sulphides from 421-436m deep.

It's 13m X 10 m at over 420m deep and isolated!! So what's the point of spending the cash drilling it?? I assume that it is Massive Sulphides, but just a small isolated very deep pod. Apart from a nice photo shoot of the drill core, what's the point of drilling it??
Even doing DHEM after the new 'discovery' (I'm sure they will use that word in the announcement) will only be good for results to the east as the DHEM from hole MAD202 has already dismissed further conductors in just about everywhere around this conductor as the centre of the conductor is only 25m to the NE of hole MAD202. (unless they approach it from a completely different angle, but that then mucks up the 'true width' calculation if they do hit anything)
The large EM conductor identified by DHEM as being 250m long has a Siemens reading of less than 1,000. How does that size work when the DHEM can only see 50-75m in any direction, according to the same announcement??? LOL, just another inconsistency in SGQ announcements.
As I've been saying for the last year, this mob keep doing the same thing with posters here expecting different results, yet they keep having the same results of small pods of mineralisation here and there, none economic. Now they are waiting for Seismic results. If seismic was really any good at finding massive sulphides, then why did it take over 5 years to think about using it here??
I'm about to invest in another junior nickel explorer that has found a 500m X 200m EM conductor (9,000 Siemens inside an area of 1,000m X 500m of lower conductance) along strike from existing Nickel mines in a known nickel area. It is the first hole to be drilled into the conductor and the Mcap is only 60% of what SGQ's is. Much higher chance of huge gains drilling such targets, from lower Mcaps. That's the type of setup that is similar to Sirius, not drilling into small conductors after already drilling hundreds of holes in an area and not finding anything worthwhile.
This other company's prospects is why I post and follow what SGQ are doing. It reinforces what to look for and what to avoid in nickel prospects!!
