    "Mr Market" who was 'prescient' about the capital raise with a fair bit of what looked like insider selling leading up to the ann of the low price seems to now be saying that these Mg results will be poor also.

    I am guessing: shallow intercepts. Can someone please convince Perseus to put in a T/O offer at 3c now rather than at 2c in a year's time?
