So you're saying that ARN did that in this case or just that it has happened in the past? This is an accusation that needs to be backed up I think.
Also, why would CH even need discounted shares from a company (though i'm 100% your scenario happens, it seems unnecessary and would have too much potential to burn their clients as any shit company could just pay for a pump)? As seen today, they could have just purchased this morning at .38 and sold at .425 - why would they need to involve another party?
