The cost savings for combining the 2 companies would be enormous, and that is why I believe the TO has been initiated and no doubt being pushed by Sibelco and Ilwella.

Construction cost
Admin Costs
Logistical costs
Production costs
Would all be substantially saved by having one large producer, and last but not least that means more profit for the one out fit.
Lets see what happens.
