Todays announcement 'Advancing the EIS & Port Planning' has certainly opened up DRX to explaining options for the wharf facility. However, it really begs the question as to why a TO tilt at MLM. The resources MLM has is a drop in the sand bucket for DRX, similarly the $4M in cash is petty cash for DRX with a major backer in Sibelco.
