Hi @penniem, this is the nature of small caps companies. Company naming, Pat Volpe resignation are both true. However, Pat Volpe is invested and increased his holding in last CR. Pat Volpe left for really Bad management, but he didn't sell any of his holdings, instead he took dilution for 2 years of bad management up his chin. Company name change is almost like giving rebirth to a company, that's what these management refers too.
I've gone through several of my investment that you've experienced, in fact I still hold in my Portfolio companies that has gone on hold for more than 2 years now already. These lifestyle management somehow grabs hard working mum & dads' money and run, and our legal system protects them.
Just to reassure you again SI6 is new name with new Management, and with Brazil JV opportunity.
