You clearly know nothing about the history of the company and the JV and permitting issues that took place in recent years. Which is the primary reason why there has been no drilling at Botswana until now. It was the problem of the JV partner, not SI6, the JV partner had serious financial issues which is why drilling is only getting going now. I suggest reading back on historical announcements to access the truth.
