If you go back and have a look at the DT threads this has been spruiked prior to the announcement.

The issue is the SP this morning was not starting from a position of where the market valued the SP before the DT spruiking which was 0.005c, but rather from where the market valued the SP pre-spruiking PLUS the 0.002c DT premium being 0.007. In other words the DT's getting in on the 10th and 13th of November were largely responsible for the 0.002c SP rise.

In my opinion that .002c DT premium from the 10th and 13th November was always going to be dumped back into the market on news and especially so if the SP did not get on with it. You opened at 0.008c and the 0.002c DT premium that was dumped back in took you to a close of 0.006c. A lot of people like DT's because they add liquidity but today was in my opinion a classic example of the false economy of their involvement.
