I agree with what has been stated on HC the deal is too small to warrant a CR and even if they did the amount of shares even at a discounted rate would be so insignificant to dividends circa 3,000,000 shares at ~$10.4/share (~10% discount) would be $31.2 million and the rest from bank loans the extra dividends for new shares that they would need to pay out most likely in December (as the deal will probably skip September) equates to an Extra $270k (for 3 million shares) Exceeds profits would be well more than that in the quarter so the surplus will just help to pay down the debt and add to the kitty for a bumper final.
