From last annual report they finished dec 20 with 30.4 million cash or equivalents, they have the debt facility and although paying out dividends a few million $ worth of those end up instead being new shares via the drp. So they have the means to pay cash for this eps accretive tremendous acquisition.
I for one happily have full participation in the drp to increase my small holding.
Part of what motivated me to buy last year was seeing how positively the market responded to their capital raising and how they put the proceeds to work in building the new warehouse. So whether they borrow for smaller acquisitions or do capital raises for larger ones they are showing both vision and discipline in using our capital ( and theirs thanks to their huge ownership stakes) wisely.
