Dave dicker and Fiona speak for nearly 70% of the stock and are regular buyers, meaning there is less than 50mil units available
in effect the short percent is in effect more like 10%, making it one of the most shorted stocks relative to free float.
average turnover daily volume in DDR is only about 200k shares. so to cover all the units it's going to take weeks (months) on market
