DD has always been extremely prudent when it comes to acquisitions and stated many times he refuses to acquire for the sake of acquiring and it must be value accretive so I have full faith in this.
Also no doubt they would have accounted for this potential acquisition cash requirement when previously providing dividend guidance so I think it's a bullish sign for this year's free cash flow expectations. Even better that the majority will be funded by debt as the cost of capital will be tax deductible and won't dilute existing shareholders.
